Cultural understanding and goodwill between Mexicans and Americans depends on getting the Puentes/Bridges message to as many people and communities as possible. Here’s how you can help:

1. Participate in a Puentes/Bridges “cultural immersion” trip to better your understanding of the relationship between Mexican workers and U.S. employers, and of the challenges faced on both sides.

2. Work to learn more about the Mexican immigrants living among us.

3. Create a dialogue about immigration in your communities by inviting Puentes/Bridges members to speak to local organizations, or, if you’ve been on the Puentes/Bridges trip, offering to speak and lead discussion yourself.

4. Write a letter to us about your experiences and ideas.

5. Donate.
